Fabrizio Montaruli

Founding Partner | Chairman

Fabrizio Montaruli is Founding and Managing Partner of Kitra Advisory. During his more than 30-year career, he has accumulated significant experience in finance, planning and project management with high organizational complexity, having led numerous Distressed M&A, Strategic Planning and Restructuring transactions.

Prior to founding Kitra, Fabrizio was a Partner at KPMG, where he was head of the Corporate Finance team in Rome.

Giuseppe Rossano Latorre

Founding Partner | Chief Executive Officer

Giuseppe Latorre is Founding and Managing Partner of Kitra Advisory and has over two decades of experience in Corporate Finance and M&A, particularly in the banking and insurance sectors. In his role as financial advisor, he has been involved in numerous M&A transactions, public offerings of listed entities, company valuations, bond and equity issuances, rating processes and business plan drafting for leading financial institutions. He has a track record of excellence in the insurance sector, having overseen numerous transactions in the Italian market over the past 15 years, as well as a significant number of international transactions.

Prior to founding Kitra, Giuseppe was a Partner at KPMG, where he held international roles for more than 10 years.

Silvano Lenoci

Managing Partner

Silvano Lenoci has been Managing Partner of Kitra Advisory since June 2025 and has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, with focus in the Financial Services and Technology sectors.

He pursued his professional career in KPMG Corporate Finance, becoming Head of Corporate Finance Italy and Co-Head Global M&A Banking and Head EMA Insurance Deal Advisory.

Silvano specializes in financial advisory in M&A transactions, both sell-side and buy-side, valuation of financial institutions (insurance companies, fintechs, banks, asset managers), financial planning models for companies in the financial and technology sectors, and structuring of extraordinary transactions, including fund raising transactions. Silvano routinely works with relevant institutional players, in the private equity world.

Marina Natale

Partners

Marina Natale has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector, holding important managerial positions. She was, among others, Deputy General Manager and CFO of UniCredit Group, managing the Group's most important external growth operations and, subsequently, Managing Director and General Manager of AMCO - Asset Management Company S.p.A., a leader in the management of impaired loans in Italy.

Marina currently sits on the Boards of Directors of Nexi S.p.A., ERG S.p.A. and PBK Bank. She has been a member of the Boards of WeBuild S.p.A., Fiera Milano, Mediobanca, Valentino and the Investors Committee of the Italian Recovery Fund.
