Kitra Advisory S.p.A. was founded in March 2023 by Giuseppe Latorre and Fabrizio Montaruli, professionals with more than twenty-five years of experience, with the support of Arcano as Industrial Partner.

Since our foundation, we have entered into a industrial agreement with Arcano Partners, an independent international M&A boutique and alternative asset management firm headquartered in Spain, with €9.9 billion of assets managed since foundation. This partnership allows Kitra, as of now, to ambitiously position itself in the Italian and European markets.
